Living Healthily

Olive oil is my main cooking oil for nearly a year now.

So is brown rice.

Eggs, wholemeal bread, strawberries, raspberries and oatmeal for breakfast. Perfect energy-boosters for my mornings.

More veggies, less meat. I’ll go organic as much as possible. Kales (my fave) and cabbages are highly nutritious.

Tea or pineapple/grape juice for a nice beverage. No more Coke for me. It’s been a week since I’ve given it up. 😀

I’m giving up junk food for snacks as well. But I can cheat just once a week, lol!

Less dairy products. Maybe just once or twice a week. Too much cholesterol in them.

Been taking Moringa as a natural food supplement.
