Cathy’s Card
Cathy is a beautiful Polish mother who had been teaching her class sewing. I was plenty amused when her students brought their work to my class and I just had to imagine what they looked liked as they struggled with the thread and the needle. The painting shows Cathy with two of the most rowdy boys in her class at work with their stitching.
